Family Devotion Ideas
Boys and girls discovered more of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego’s story as recorded in Daniel 3. King Nebuchadnezzar was not a follower of the one true God. The king ordered that a statue be built for the people to worship. The king also ordered that when the music played, everyone should bow down and worship the statue or be thrown into the fiery furnace. When the music played everyone obeyed—except Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Take a look at our Family Devotion plan to see ways to worship God in your lives. We were also blessed this week that Pastor Gabriel preached on the same topic that we studied in BFG.
Christmas is just around the corner. We are preparing for things at church. This year we are providing families with this advent kit to make this Christmas special. We will be providing this kit with focuses on the Names of Jesus. We will have these kits available each Sunday in November. Please get 1 per family. They are free for all families.
