Events Team | Sarah Ditch Laura Bassler | Will help to plan and execute events for the Youth. | 1. Members of the Events Team will meet quarterly to help plan the events for the following quarter. 2. Members of the Events Team are expected to arrive early for at least one event each quarter to help prepare for that event (students will work with their team leaders to determine which event works best for them and the team). 3. Members of the Events Team are expected to participate in the event planning sessions and respond to their leaders’ communications regarding ministry events. |
Welcome Team | Jedi Shang Ashley Barrett Drew Smith | Will help to welcome guest and integrate fellow student into their respective peer groups. | 1. Members of the Welcome Team are expected to attend Sunday morning Youth BFG an average of three out of five Sundays each quarter (absences due to family actives are considered an exception). 2. Members of the Welcome Team are expected to arrive at BFG on time in order to help greet and engage fellow students. |
Missions Team | Hunter Wilkerson | Will assist the Youth in fostering a missional mindset and in planning missional outreaches/events. | 1. Members of the Missions Team must be baptized members of the church. 2. Members of the Missions Team are expected to participate in the majority of the bi-monthly meetings. |

Service team commitments are for the span of one year. Students wishing to continue on in a service team will need to fill out another application at the beginning of each year.
Students may apply for service teams mid-year.
