Don’t Judge Me

Matthew 7:1 is quite possibly the most well-known and often quoted verse in the Bible. The frequency in which we might hear, “Judge not,” is not rare. What does Jesus mean when he tells us. The passage’s context helps us know that Jesus is not prohibiting all judgment but, as per usual in the Sermon on the Mount, calling his disciples to a higher standard.
